How sweet it is to get a session in the fall. I was working
from home today, and keeping an eye on windcall. All am
the wind was building, so I decided to give my Enduro a
real workout. This was the first time it has gone in the conditions
it was designed for.

On a 5.2/8'8"(200#) I was powered first half of sesh--3:30 to 4:30--in
a very nice way. Just enough to get me through the white water
but not too much when coming back in. The swells were a
perfect size for my skill set, about shoulder high. The latter
part of the sesh I was schloging most of the time, and having
an absolutely amazing time on the wave faces.

Ok, now about the board. WOW, WOW, WOW......This is the
first time I have had such high end gear, and what a difference
it makes. The nose scoop makes white water a breeze, and the
rails make the board turn on a dime. I felt like I was actually snapping
some of the off-z-lips......I know it was mostly in my mind, but now
I have a vision for how it can be done. I am still amazed at how
balanced this board is for slogging - really blew my mind and
enabled me to keep playing in the waves when only light dudes
typically get to play.

A sweet sunset on the way home was a very nice touch.....
