Anytime there's an execution scheduled, the no parking signs go up. (to
deter protesters) Usually they're covered in burlap until the big day.
Anybody know whats up with the "No Parking Anytime" signs at Larkspur.
These
signs are all over the place, even on the backside by San Quentin. Looks
like we will all have to park in the Bay. bw
