- Yes. Unless you've mastered the art of the reverse tack weed
release.

- Depends where you sail. I'd say at it's widest it's not more than
1/2 mile.

- Yes for the most obvious launches. I think it's the standard State
park $4 , but that may have changed.

- No, but you might want a wetsuit. The water is COLD, it comes right
from the bottom of the reservoir.
