I did some flat water (relative to 3rd anyway) sailing at Bethany near the
Altamont Pass yesterday. The guys over 200# like me were on 3.5 and the
smaller guys on 3.0. Due to the strong winds, the windmills were shutting down
to avoid damage throughout the late afternoon and early evening. The strongest
winds so far this year up there.
