Subject: Weird Weather?

What is going on w/ N.CA weather? It seems like we've been stuck w/
an in-land low to the NW and an offshore high to the southwest for
weeks... I can't recall a season in recent memory that took so long
for "typical" bay conditions to develop...You know, fog clearing
to the coast by noon, inland thermal low over the valley, offshore
high, NW winds, 15-25...
