Some months back, someone mentioned that the Candlestick launch may be
indangered by the new stadium facility. I heard on the stadium debate
going home from yet another lame session at Third yesterday that the
proponents of the proposal have included a "world-class windsurfing
facility" in their plan. Does this just mean status quo, or are they
somehow going to improve the site? Any SF sailors see a mention in their
ballot pamphlets (election is June 3?). Interested sailors might want to
contact BCDC to put conditions on the development permit if the proposal
passes to maintain/improve the site.

Didn't hear any reports from Crissy or Delta sailors from Sun/yesterday.
Was it as good as it looked on the pager?
