It is not about being emotional, it is about possibly saving a life and
examining all the potential avenues of action. I do not think it has to
come to legal action (and it probably won't), but at least we should be
aware of our options. Preferably before somebody gets hurt, because then we
lose all control over the situation.

  If you saw a sniper randomly firing bullets on a crowded street, how
would you react? Those golf balls are deadly weapons, as anyone who had a
windshield smashed or booms dented can attest. Lets face it, these guys are
criminally negligent.
