It is just a question of time before somebody gets seriously hurt. I think
we have exhausted the nice options, and clearly the golf management doesn't
take the problem seriously. Would it be possible to set up a legal fund and
obtain an injunction against the operators of the golf? Or do we need to
wait until a serious accident happens, and then let the victim (or
surviving relatives) do the work for us by suing the golf operators for
millions in damages?

I understand that we want to be nice and careful because we are afraid we
might lose the privilege to launch from 3rd (or is it a right? - too bad no
attorney I know of is a windsurfer), but it has not worked so far. I'm
personally willing to contribute a significant amount towards a legal fund
if such a thing makes sense - because the question is not if someone gets
hurt, but when.
