A good idea. I was thinking about showing up with lots of 4x6 laminated
paperboards and dry-erase markers to give to everyone, to server the
same purpose. That way you could say how many people and perhaps
describe sail color.

Let's pick something and chip in on it.

Coasters are good because they are cheap enough to just leave in a bin
at the site, so anyone could get one before they sail, and leave it
again if they're just a visitor.

But what if you went out for Chinese food instead of Pizza? We'll need a
variety of coasters...
