The wind was very gusty and too northerly at 3rd. Wind was constantly
switching between 6.0 and 4.0 in the gusts. I rigged my 4.0, so I was
powered 40 % of the time and else slogging like a sitting duck. Sailing
was done almost parallel to the shore, as usual in those northerly winds.
Interesting conditions, but I won't go back today unless there is a bit
more westerly component in the wind.
By the way, has anyone seen the new Allegra advertisement that features
looping? Waaay cool!
