A trick I use that is to switch back n forth from overhand to underhand
and to try to use the harness lines rather than my arms. Hard to do
when it is light but when powered, just try to remember to let go of the
booms alot. I get pains from working (mousemostly) but hardly any from
sailing since I learned this trick from Rhonda Smith about 4 yrs ago in
Maui where my big 220# butt was on little sails and boards. I'm also
taking yoga where we do some stretching exercises for it.
