Access in & out of the Bay, in PA, is now restricted to the pier.
The area used in the past to rig and walk into the Bay is off limits.
The area is bordered by a cable and signs posted to limit access/parking.
The intent is to perserve the Baylands and wildlife. This is good.
However, it restricts access to the Bay, increases foot traffic
on the narrow pier and the chance someone is injured on a busy/windy
day.
