My apologies if this is inappropriate, this is an act of a desperate
man.
We have a wonderful value in a home for sale, in San Jose in the
$189,000 range. We need to get an offer on our house in a very short
time in order not to lose the house we are trying to get.
The home is 2 bedroom, 1 large bath, with living room, dining room,
kitchen, utility room and office (my wife calls it my mess). Around
1100-1200 square feet. The garage is large, old and as is.
The bathroom is tile floor, with Corian double sinks. The Bedroom,
living and dining room are hardwood floors. The kitchen is linoleum,
and the office is carpet.
There is a woodburning fireplace, lots of neat little architechural
features, such as a built in china cabinet and high ceilings.
The lot is large, with lots of trees, grass, flowers, and some 20 or
so rosebushes.
The exterior paint is fresh, as is most of the interior paint.
It is located in what is called 'fringe' (one or two blocks away from
official) Willow Glen. The location is close to all the major
transportation(280,101,17), including walking to light rail and cal
train.
We are asking $189,500, but are very motivated this weekend.
