I found out why some portions of some wind_* lists were not getting mail.
I changed a configuration parameter in the listserv back in April,
which caused sendmail to get too long a command line if there was
a run of long addresses. It would then cause groups of 50 subscribers
to not get mail for a few days; when the mailing list changed, it would
get better for a while. The error messages went into one of the
many log files for listserv, one which we did not monitor.
Anyway, I fixed the config, and I'll monitor the log file and you
should get your mail more reliably now.
Thanks to those who let me know they were missing their mail.
