I've gotten several reports of wind_thresh not working for a week
or so. Naturally, I've been on a trip, so I couldn't do anything
about it.

I'm trying to characterize the problem. If you think you're on a
wind_* list and not getting hourly postings (and you get this message :-)
then let me know by e-mail to me (not the list). The more info,
the better, such as whether messages come occasionally or not at all,
and when the problem started.
