With the clouds coming over the hills the way they are, and the
direction at San Bruno Mountain, is this the classic "go to Palo Alto"
day? I like 3rd but there is usually a huge wind shadow close to shore
on westerly days. I'm 25 minutes from either spot. Tides says 6.0 at
3:00 for Palo Alto harbor, so I'm sure there is enough water, and slack
time at Dumbarton sometime between 5 and 6pm.
