Sailed Rio Sat morning on a 3.6/8'3" (145#).
Always plan on sailing wherever there is a swap meet ;)
It seems like the last few years, whenever there is a swap meet at Windsurf
Warehouse or Windcraft it blows.
My hypothesis doesn't work for Windance at the Gorge though..., they had
their swap on sunday and it was blowing 1-2 from the east.
