Looking at the gold coast weather web page, interactive buoy info, it
appears that buoy 46042 at lat 36.8N, long 122.4W (buoy #42 on Ken's
report), is the closest active buoy to Waddell. On their interactive map, it
appears to be SW of Waddell, out by the Monterey bay. Also, if you click
on the 2nd northmost buoy on the map, it shows Pt Arena at lat 39.0N.
