The South bay was the place to be. Hit 3rd Av. around 4:00. Was plenty
powered to overpowered on my 5.3/7'10" (180lbs). 4.7 or 5.0 would have
worked fine. It was still blowing strong at 22/23 knots at 6:30 when I
stopped. The channel was pretty flat but someone told me some big
ramps could be found on the other side of the channel.
Great way to start the season.

I sailed crissy on Saturday. I should have been on a 6.0 (175 6'2), but all
I have is a 5.3. On Sunday, crissy didn't look that good - alot of people
sitting in there cars trying to decide to go out. What happened on the south
bay?
