I'd love to hear about this, too. The problems I see are
that as Mike indicates, even most "waterproof" radios need a bag
to stay dry. For use in 25 knots inside a bag, you need a damn
loud speaker and a good mike. Also, a cell phone is meant to be
held against your ear, which is a problem if you are wearing a
helmet.

All that said, it would be nice if it worked.
