For the first time in 10 years we have lockers available at the Cal Sailing
Club and no one on the waiting list. The price is $250 for Jan 1 through
Dec 31, renewable each year. You can fit two boards, 15 foot masts, several
booms and sails into the locker. There are fifteen lockers in a shipping
container, with space in the front for changing your clothes. We have three
shipping containers. There is a large carpeted area in front of the lockers
for rigging. If you're interested or know someone who is, please come down
to the Cal Sailing Club (at the Western dock in the South Sailing Basin)
foot of University Avenue in Berkeley. You can sign up by writing your vital
information on the sheet of paper in the "Locker List" folder in the file
cabinet inside the club house, or if you're totally serious, leave your
name, number, and address at (510) 686-7999 mailbox 7359 and the Locker Lady
will assign you a locker and mail you the membership forms (the mailbox is
where she works). Please pass the message to Berkeley sailors. Thanks!
