Subject: 3rd avenue/BCDC

I will try and get a hold of the folks at BCDC today. Foster City hates the
people at BCDC, one of there people is an avid windsurfer i think. Too bad
they are not on the net

Maybe we should pay for all parking tickets in Pennies...it would piss them
off but would give us a little moral satisfaction.
