Sailboard Warehouse rents Tigas, Bics and something else - Fanatics??
They were good about not charging me for no-wind days.
There are other shops that rent/demo, but I don't remember which ones.

If you're getting something generally available, give some Bay Area
shops a call and see if they can give you a competetive price. I didn't
find prices in the Gorge to be low, and if you can buy locally you'll
get better service and help support *our* windsurf shops.
