Subject: odd wind pattern

Yesterday and today (Monday and Tuesday) have seen kind of an odd
pattern - SFO saw winds drop quite a bit after 3:00, while SoSF
had fairly steady winds.

The question is - what was it like at Coyote? 3rd?

FYI - "st nw k lyr ne few ci" translates as "stratus clouds ('fog') to
the NW, smoke layer to the NE, a few cirrus clouds".
