I was out at Coyote from 6:45pm for about an hour, and it was filled
in, pretty close to the beach.  Even though the report shows it as
west, the wind line was at the pilings.  Myself and 3 other sailors
were sailing it, and no one was going out more that about a quarter
mile.  Pretty steady wind too, for that much wind!
