Subject: wind history messed up

My data sources changed just before I went on vacation two weeks ago,
which caused some missing marine forecasts. I managed to fix those,
but then broke the wind history part of the report, and failed to
find out about it until today. It should resume now. Sorry about that.

If it's any consolation, I went to the Gorge for a week and the biggest
wind I saw was at Rio on the way back! I only got on a 4.7 one day, for
a couple of hours. Oh well...
