I just got back from Coyote. Got there at 5PM, sailed 5.0/9.0. I was
overpowered at first, but the wind was up and down, probably from 0 to
25. It was holey a lot more than it was windy.) I'd say 25 max because
I was never very much overpowered on the 5.0, though the report says
otherwise:

I stuck around for 30 minutes of on/off/on/off before giving up. As I
packed the last of my equipment in my car (around 6:15PM), there were
about six sailors on the water, but they all appeared to be fully
powered. The wind seemed to have filled in, but I didn't see any
reason to stick around and make sure since I was already packed up.
