It's a "not quite new any more" marketing trend, but you know, government
agencies are a little behind the times. You've heard of clear Pepsi and
clear deoderant, now there's clear fog. Next thing you'll know, there's
gonna be clear swells out in the Bay. Better learn to board by braille...
