Pillar Point had a good 26 knot report... at 4:00 AM this morning.
By 7 it was down to 15 knots. Keep watching. The wind on the
coast seems to be stronger than inland for these storms.

As to wetsuit - I use a 5/4/3 steamer, plus boots and a hood,
and I don't go out in less than 50 F air temps.
