Subject: 4.3 gg day

On Sunday, I found 4.3 winds at Crissy. I hit the water at 3:00 with a
4.8 on my 9'6" bump and jump board and decided that my 4.3 would be
better. It was hard to tell from the shore. I made one jibe and went
back in and put the 4.3 up. Many people were out on 4.8's. Sailed
until 5:00 and had a great time out by the North tower of the GG
bridge. There was some chop on the water but not so much as to detract
from the fun. I launched under the fog and by the time I finished
sailing the fog was many miles out.

I have been trying to determine when the wind is good at Crissy Field
from the wind reports. It appears that the high winds at "pt blunt/angel is"
are more indicative of the winds I saw than the winds at "gg bridge".
